1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the SEO, web development, and web design services provided by Nomadic Webs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Nomadic Webs provides search engine optimization (SEO), web development, and web design services to clients based on their specific requirements. The scope of services will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement agreed upon by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the successful execution of the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by the client’s failure to meet their responsibilities may impact project timelines.
4. Project Initiation
Project commencement is subject to the client’s approval of the project proposal and the payment of any initial fees or deposits as specified in the proposal.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, developed or used by Nomadic Webs in the provision of services, shall remain the property of Nomadic Webs unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Client’s Content and Assets
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and other assets provided to Nomadic Webs for use in the project are owned by the client or that the client has obtained the necessary permissions for their use.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a client wishes to cancel services, they must provide written notice to Nomadic Webs. Refunds for services rendered will be determined based on the project’s status at the time of cancellation.
9. Project Timeline
Project timelines will be outlined in the project proposal. Nomadic Webs will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may impact project delivery dates.
10. Communication
Effective communication is crucial for project success. Both parties agree to promptly respond to emails, calls, or other communications related to the project.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the client shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nomadic Webs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Governing Law
